1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Student Service Platform (SSP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is strictly for university students.
2. Platform Description
SSP is a student-only marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of services and products. We utilize an escrow model to protect both buyers and sellers during transactions.
3. User Accounts
You must be a verified university student to sell on this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Marketplace Rules
Prohibited items include but are not limited to: illegal goods, digital piracy, weapons, and any services that violate university academic integrity policies.
5. Payment and Escrow
All payments are processed securely via FPX. Funds are held in escrow and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms delivery, or after the dispute window expires. A platform fee of 3% may apply to transactions.
6. Seller Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate listings, fulfill orders in a timely manner, and respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, funds will remain frozen in escrow until the platform administrators review the evidence and make a final decision.
